A SaaS platform purpose-built for the off-market property sector, combining AI-powered buyer matching, private property management, and deal-flow tooling in a single subscription product.
The Challenge
The off-market property sector relies on discretion, relationships, and speed — yet most operators were stitching together generic CRMs, spreadsheets, and manual introductions. There was no dedicated SaaS product that could protect seller privacy, intelligently match buyers to unlisted properties, and manage the full deal lifecycle in one place.
Our Solution
We architected The34Club as a multi-tenant SaaS platform built around two core systems: Ombra, an AI matching agent that surfaces relevant off-market properties to subscribed buyers based on their preferences; and Nexus, a private property-sharing system that gives agencies a secure way to distribute exclusive listings without public exposure. Role-based access, subscription management, and a structured deal-flow layer tie the product together end to end.
