Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making the CISCAL TECH website accessible to everyone.

Last updated: July 2026

1. Our Commitment

CISCAL TECH LTD is committed to making its website accessible to people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort: we review the site regularly, act on the feedback we receive, and keep improving the experience for everyone.

2. Conformance Standards

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone. We assess the site against these guidelines internally on an ongoing basis; it has not been audited by an external body. We also take into account the UK Equality Act 2010 and the EU European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882).

3. Accessibility Features

Our website currently provides: - Semantic HTML landmarks and headings for screen reader navigation. - A correct lang attribute on each language version (English, Spanish, Italian), so assistive technologies use the right pronunciation. - A skip-to-content link and visible focus indicators for keyboard users. - Navigation menus and the language switcher operable entirely by keyboard, including Escape and arrow-key support. - Forms with labelled fields and validation errors announced to screen readers. - Animations that respect the reduced-motion preference set in your operating system or browser. - Alt text on meaningful images and sufficient colour contrast for text. - A responsive layout that supports zoom and different screen sizes.

4. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the website have known limitations: - The interactive map on the contact page has limited keyboard support. Our full address is provided as text on the same page as an alternative. - The map tiles are third-party content outside our control and may not meet all accessibility standards. We review these limitations and will address them where we reasonably can.

5. Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you encounter any barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us: Email: info@ciscal.tech Phone: +44 7887 368856 We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days.

6. Enforcement
